Responsibilities

The National Account Preferred Vendor Executive will have total responsibility for execution of National Service programs, account relationship management, revenue growth, and contract renewals for UniFirst National Account Preferred Vendor customers. Effectively coordinate operational support and related duties consistent with customer contractual agreements and expectations. Primary responsibilities include program implementation, program compliance, program and service management, service concern identification and resolution, organic revenue growth, and contract renewals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with primary key points-of-contact among UniFirst, its partner National Account Preferred Vendor Corporate contact(s), the individual National Account customer sites and the respective UniFirst service location.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met in accordance to the terms of the National Account Preferred Vendor Service Agreement.
  • Negotiate contract renewals.
  • Facilitate contracted price adjustments.
  • Add new items to customer agreements where applicable.
  • Prepare and deliver specified customer reports to effectively execute and manage all assigned accounts and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Service Management or Sales Management in a service industry required.
  • 3 years of experience in National Account Program Management or Key Account Sales Management is preferred.
  • Experience with contract negotiations with large impact customers at the Executive or “C” decision making level is preferred.
  • Autonomous, progressive “take-charge” attitude; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, understand, recognize, and prioritize work load.
  • Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and the Internet.
  • Textile Services Industry experience preferred.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Ability to travel overnight up to 25%.

Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 annually. Final determination of salary will be based on relative experience and geographic location of the hired candidate.
