Supply Chain Sourcing Co-Op

2500888UniFirst Corporation, one of North America’s largest uniform rental and facility service companies, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Supply Chain Sourcing Co-Op to join the Supply Chain team. The position is responsible for having a strong analytical focus while also providing you the opportunity to work on key initiatives and gain exposure to Senior-level leadership. You will gain valuable real-world experience in the Supply Chain field.
Please note that this will be a hybrid position based at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, MA, and will be for the 6-month full-time Fall Co-Op cycle. Targeted dates: July 7, 2025 - December 12, 2025. This position is a paid opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data for purchasing and manufacturing departments
- Organizing Data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Functional and cross-functional Process Mapping
- Supply chain cost analysis
- Manufacturing & Sourcing mapping
- Fabric and Raw Material stock analysis
- Research on product tariffs and quotas as required
- Research on supply chain topics as required
Qualifications
Education:
- Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
Experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong technical aptitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
