Sales Commission Coordinator

2502040This position will support the Commission Department by serving as the initial point of contact for sales commission inquiries from the field. This is a multi-function role that will report to the Sales Commission Supervisor. This position will support the team by performing tasks related to the organization in order to assist in the research, verification and validation of all sales credit and commission payout.
Responsibilities:
- Review and research all sales submissions from locations for accuracy and compliance to Corporate Policy and Compensation Plans
- Maintain general understanding of commission process and corporate policies
- Track sales rep credit and commissions on a weekly basis as needed
- Assist in the distribution of multiple sales commission reports weekly and monthly
- Ensure all supporting backup is verified to accurately payout commissions
- Maintain and update all department processes as needed
- Utilize multiple databases to ensure accuracy of commissions
- Respond to sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Verify and Process Sales Leads
- Support team with validation of corporate run contests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, strong follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and exercise discretion
- Attention to detail
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Accounting background a plus
- Able to multi-task while meeting deadlines
- Must be accurate with numbers
- Work independently and exercise discretion.
