We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Track Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive specific tracks of our Oracle ERP implementation project. As a Track Lead PM, you will be responsible for managing a critical area of the ERP project, ensuring that the implementation is executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role requires PM leadership for the Organizational Change Management and Security and Control Teams. This role also requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track Leadership & Execution:
    • Lead the implementation of the OCM and Security and Controls tracks within the Oracle ERP project, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Oversee the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks within the track, including defining requirements, business processes, testing, and training.
    • Drive collaboration among functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and key milestones.
  • Project Planning & Monitoring:
    • Develop detailed project plans and schedules for the assigned track, ensuring tasks are well-defined, deadlines are met, and risks are mitigated.
    • Track and report on the status of key deliverables, milestones, and timelines to the Oracle ERP Project Manager and other senior leaders.
    • Manage scope and track changes, ensuring that any modifications are documented, communicated, and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned track, managing relationships with business stakeholders, functional leads, and external vendors.
    • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively to senior management, ensuring clear visibility into the track’s performance.
    • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews with stakeholders to drive decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Proactively identify potential risks and issues within the track and develop effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
    • Escalate critical issues to the Project Delivery Lead and other key stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts (SMEs), business analysts, and consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation throughout the project.
    • Ensure that all team members have clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities, and that they are well-supported to complete their tasks effectively.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment and resolve conflicts or challenges as they arise.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee the development and execution of test plans for the assigned track, ensuring that the system meets business requirements and quality standards.
    • Ensure proper user acceptance testing (UAT) is conducted, defects are tracked, and necessary fixes or adjustments are made prior to go-live.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale, cross functional projects.
    • Proven experience leading large-scale projects within cross-functional teams and driving results.
    • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing.
    • Oracle and cloud solution experience a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with experience in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and modern ERP methodologies.
  • Experience working in a hybrid Agile project environment.
  • Familiarity with the specific business processes and requirements within the designated track (Change Management or Process Controls).
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or additional certifications.
