We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Reporting Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our locations during system conversions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom and standardized reports that provide actionable insights before, during, and after system deployments. You will ensure locations are informed and on track with all essential pre- and post-conversion tasks, contributing to a smooth and successful transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom and standardized reports to support locations through all stages of system conversions.
  • Communicate critical pre- and post-conversion tasks to stakeholders and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide ongoing data maintenance support (Contract transfers, adding products, order error alerts, additional data-related tasks).
  • Conduct data visualization, data cleanup, and perform ad hoc data analysis.
  • Support and resolve data-related inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Charts.
  • Experience with Tableau and SQL for reporting and data extraction.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a data support, business analyst, reporting, or operations support role.
  • Hands-on experience working with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) and querying databases using SQL.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
  • Previous experience in supporting system conversions, data migration, or large-scale software deployments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems, ERP tools, or product/order management platforms, ABS/UBS application is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in system conversions, operations support, or data administration.
  • Familiarity with contract and product data structures.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or multi-location environments.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. (Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.)

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures.
  • Ability to perform data analysis, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to translate data findings into clear business insights.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely support.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
