Data Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will create custom reports and provide standardized data to support our locations before, during, and after the deployment of system conversions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and that locations are up-to-date with necessary information during and after the conversion process. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and communication will be essential in supporting the seamless operation of our locations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain custom reports and standardized data to support locations during system conversions.
• Ensure that locations are informed of crucial tasks that need to be completed before and after the system conversion.
• Assist with location maintenance tasks, including contract updates, contract transfers, adding products, managing order error alerts, and other tasks as assigned.
• Respond to and resolve data inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data transitions and troubleshooting during system deployment.
• Perform data cleanup and support data visualization for improved reporting and analysis.
• Assist with ad-hoc data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for easier data interpretation and decision-making.
• Experience with creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau; proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and charts.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in presenting data in a clear and compelling way using charts, graphs, and dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in a clear and understandable way.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle data-related issues and find effective solutions.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and customer service.
• Experience with system conversions and supporting operational teams is a plus.
