The Service Coordinator works closely with the Service Onboarding Lead, Service Coordinator and HR members on logistical, administrative, and technical support throughout all phases of the onboarding process as well as other HR programs and activities.  During this process, the goal is to ensure that the program launches in a flawless manner to the intended audience. The Service Coordinator must be able to multi-task across various projects and tasks as needed and work autonomously with little direction.  This position will work on various technologies including the Learning Management System (LMS), survey tools, SharePoint and other tools as needed.

As this key individual will coordinate with current and new team members in the US and Canada, professional fluency (written and verbal) in French is required.

  • Deliver HR onboarding presentations
  • Serve as primary point of contact to new partners and provide support to new partners, managers and stakeholders
  • Act as SME for HR onboarding topics
  • Escalate HR/ER issues to HRBP
  • Educate new partners on Company policies
  • Create and send post check-in call benefit topic content to new partners 
  • Identify employee needs; provide solutions or escalate as needed
  • Participate on check-in calls, answer onboarding questions, document call discussion
  • Review new hire reports to determine final headcount of onboarding group by region and location and verify participation on 
  • Ensure materials are accurate and up to date in partnership with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reports and surveys, etc., provide reporting metrics when needed
  • Track attendance and completion statuses
  • Support the online portion of the program by using SharePoint; entails setting up site and users, uploading program documents, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2 plus years of experience in providing HR Support.

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Bachelor's Degree a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and prioritizes effectively
