Corporate Supervisors for the SEALS Department are responsible for motivating and inspiring the team by fostering an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages collaboration, a team environment, and demonstrates flexibility.


This role is specifically supervising and training the Lead Generation Team. The Lead Generation Team conducts outbound dialing and sets appointments for the Strategic Account Representatives (SARs) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) that qualify for the additional assistance.

Responsibilities:

Team Supervision & Leadership:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching for the Lead Generation Team.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet performance metrics and goals.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Lead team meetings and individual coaching sessions to drive performance improvements and share best practices.

Training & Development:

  • Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of new Lead Generation team members.
  • Develop and implement training materials and performance improvement strategies to enhance team capabilities.
  • Identify and address skills gaps, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

Performance Management:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members, including praise and constructive coaching where necessary.
  • Ensure team members are meeting targets for outbound dialing and appointment setting.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:

  • Work closely with Strategic Account Representatives (SARs) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) to understand their appointment-setting needs and goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the lead generation team and the sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate current lead generation processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement best practices and strategies to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools to ensure the department is leveraging the most effective tactics for lead generation.

Internal Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 year in current role
  • No disciplinary actions in the last 6 months/No final corrective actions for attendance
  • Current QA Average 85% or above


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a demanding Office / Customer Service Environment with all applicable skills in place.
  • Well-honed coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
  • Excellent grammar and vocabulary skills
  • Mastery of Multi-Line Phones & all types of Office Equipment
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook / Word / Excel
  • Ethical, Perceptive, Confident, Affable, Teachable, Meticulous
