UniFirst is seeking a Sales Manager Associate to join our team!

As the Sales Manager Associate, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and a team of 2-3 Sales Representatives to develop plans and strategies that align with sales goals. The Sales Manager Associate will spend at least two days each week in the field with their assigned Sales Representatives and will assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, interviewing, and training new Sales Representatives as needed.

Through our award-winning management training programs, you will learn state-of-the-art techniques to:
- Coach Sales Representatives to meet & exceed sales quotas
- Track daily activities and performance of Sales Representative
- Conduct weekly sales planning and review meetings
- Assist with product knowledge and Selling Skills Training at weekly sales meetings
- Help implement and manage Target Account strategies
- Stay current with Competitor activity in the Territory
Qualifications
What you need to be a successful Sales Manager Associate :
- 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales or new account sales with a proven track record of success
- 1+ years of Sales Management experience is a plus
Required Qualifications
- Must be open to potential relocation of 250 miles or greater within 18 months of employment
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs)
