UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Branch Warehouse, you will be responsible for supporting the timely flow of incoming and outgoing clean and soiled garments and products. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

- Unload clean products from transport shuttles
- Stage clean garments by route and day to ensure accurate delivery
- Remove soiled and clean return products from route trucks
- Sort soiled products by class and material
- Load soiled products onto transport shuttle for return to plant
- Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries
- Monitor facility service inventory levels and notify management of shortages
- Perform light janitorial duties including sweeping, emptying trash, picking up litter, and cleaning the warehouse
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
- Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to lift and carry up 75 lbs.
