As a Stockroom Support Supervisor you will provide operational support to UniFirst garment stockrooms, with a focus on stabilizing performance, improving inventory flow and accuracy, strengthening process compliance, and developing sustainable location-level execution.
What Your Role Entails
·Serve as a subject matter expert for garment stockroom operations and train department personnel and location teams on standard stockroom processes, systems, and best practices.
·Support the launch and implementation of stockroom programs, systems, and process improvements across North American locations.
·Coordinate stockroom support activities and implementation tasks effectively to ensure priorities, action items, and deadlines are met.
·Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and location leadership on the implementation of stockroom systems, programs, and process improvements.
·Provide hands-on, on-site support to stockroom partners and location management, particularly at priority or underperforming locations.
·Assist locations in improving key stockroom performance metrics, including open orders, available-to-ship, inventory accuracy, outstanding pick tickets, grading, and order-processing execution.
·Assist in maintaining location action plans where stockroom opportunities are identified, measured, prioritized, assigned, and driven to completion in partnership with local and regional leadership.
·Help evaluate stockroom staffing and labor needs, workflow, inventory controls, cost opportunities, and process and policy compliance. Identify high-impact opportunities and work with each location to correct performance gaps and improve sustainable execution.
·Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
What You Bring to UniFirst
·Must be at least 21 years of age.
·Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
·Valid passport to travel in and out of the US is required.Travel to Canada may be required.
·Ability to travel 75%.Approximately 3 weeks of travel per month across various North America locations.
·Ability to work weekends due to travel & deployment schedules.
·Must be willing to relocate for potential advancement opportunities.
·Capacity to be flexible and shift priorities when necessary.
·Ability to delegate tasks effectively and meet deadlines
·Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
·Garment stockroom, inventory management, operations, and analytics experience is strongly preferred.

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $97,000 yearly, with additional management bonus eligibility. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the position’s location. There is no application deadline for this role; recruitment will remain open until the position is filled.
