We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the UnClean business. This role will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, aligning people strategies with business priorities while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and compliant work environment.

This individual will work closely with operational leaders, and HR Centers of Excellence to implement consistent HR practices and deliver solutions that strengthen employee engagement and business performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a meaningful impact by supporting a diverse workforce and advancing HR excellence across UniClean.

Key Responsibilities
•    Serve as a trusted HR partner to UniClean leaders and employees across multiple locations.
•    Understand the business and translate its priorities into practical people strategies.
•    Build strong relationships and influence decisions through HR expertise, business knowledge, and data.
•    Partner with the COE to provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
•    Ensure consistent HR practices and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
•    Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, employee development, and team performance.
•    Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership-development initiatives.
•    Partner with Talent Acquisition to address staffing needs and attract and retain strong talent.
•    Use turnover, engagement, staffing, and employee-relations data to identify risks and recommend solutions.
•    Support compensation decisions, organizational changes, and HR programs in partnership with the appropriate Centers of Excellence.
•    Promote an inclusive, respectful, and safe work environment.
•    Maintain a visible presence across UniClean locations and build trust with employees at all levels.
•    Take ownership of issues and ensure timely follow-through and resolution

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $99,000 - $135,000 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the position’s location. There is no application deadline for this role; recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. 


Qualifications

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

HR Expertise
•    Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
•    Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and HR operations.

•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural teams.
•    Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
•    Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

•    Analytical mindset with the ability to address complex HR issues and recommend practical solutions.

•    Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Flexibility and Travel
•    Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned regions and occasionally to headquarters - up to 50%
•    Adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.

Experience
•    Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a regional or multi-location role.
•    Expertise in relevant labor laws required.
•    Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
•    Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industries is a plus.
•    Proximity to key regional locations may be preferred depending on business needs.
