Responsibilities
UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Distributor Account Manager to join our community. As a Distributor Account Manager , you will be responsible for Manage and grow specified territory/book of business and Medi-First Plus distributor accounts specified within the territory. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing: 
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MFP distributors while identifying new business opportunities and expanding sales within existing accounts.
- Achieve annual goals for sales revenue, gross profit, and targeted new business as set by the Sales Manager.
- Foster customer loyalty through continuous support, partnership, and solution-oriented service.
- Train distributor sales teams and customer service departments on product knowledge and selling strategies.
- Attend and exhibit at distributor and industry trade shows to promote MFP products and drive market awareness.
- Participate in sales training sessions and internal sales meetings to support growth and development.
- Review and recommend products for MFP distributor marketing materials and websites to ensure accurate and strategic product representation.
- Support distributor bid departments with product expertise to enhance competitive positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as the Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Operations and Production to meet and maintain business/customer needs
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Must be 18 years of age or older. 
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license and safe driving record. 
- 2-3 years of directly related experience. 
- College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
