2503055UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Safety National Field Support Coordinator to join our community. As a Safety National Field Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with the SES Department to correct errors regarding national accounts, set up accounts for the field, and manage invoice submissions and corrections. This role requires strong communication skills to provide quality support to the NRSMs and ensure seamless operations. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the SES Department to correct errors regarding national accounts.
- Set up accounts for the field.
- Submit invoices into the portal for various accounts
- Handle invoice corrections
- Submit credits, applies, write-offs, and refunds into Cherwell
- Add POs to invoices for payment submission.
- Address incorrect pricing alerts from Pepperi by researching and submitting credits/rebills if applicable
- Manage account changes such as: transfers, name/address changes, frequency changes, account closures, pricing changes and approved/unapproved items
- Investigate posting errors and verify credit balances.
- Handle double payments and credits
- Start AED leases and track the installation of AEDs in the field
- Bill the first month and provide clerks with information to process the remaining months
- Communicate effectively with NRSMs to provide quality support.
- Direct requests from NRSMs to the appropriate individuals
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by the Manager or Supervisor
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proven experience in invoice management and account setup.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Cherwell, Pepperi, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.
