Senior Commissions Analyst

UniFirst is seeking an experienced Senior Commissions Analyst to come onboard! This role will support the Incentive Comp Manger by performing the essential duties outlined below. Prior experience in a corporate setting is needed, as candidates must have a strong understanding of corporate hierarchies. Applicants with a background in accounting are encouraged to apply, however, this position is not just for a number-cruncher! An outgoing personality is a must, we are looking for someone to act as a business partner and strategically communicate with field employees and c-level executives!
Provide support and analysis of sales and commissions to Incentive Comp Manager
Work effectively with Incentive Comp Manager to streamline processes
Perform weekly review of sales commissions and commission payouts to ensure compliance with Sales Compensation Plans and Policies
Review all Corporate Sales reports to ensure accuracy of commission calculations
Act as the point of contact for all sales commissions and contest related programs and incentives in the corporate office and regionally
Handle all inquiries regarding sales and commission payments
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Corporate Policies, Sales Policies, and Sales Compensations Plans to effectively guide management and advise resolutions
Meet deadlines in timely manner
Create and run ad hoc queries as needed
Perform reconciliations as required
3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
3 years Sales Commission experience is ideal
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel abilities, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
Knowledge of AS/400 is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
Proven ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
Query experience is a plus
