
National Account Support Specialist

2305369Responsible for monitoring shared work boxes, account setup, maintenance, system updates, audits, profile updates, and special projects. Assist AE’s and locations with account/keying issues.
Responsibilities:
- Account Setup
- Price Increases / Seasonal Changes
- Monitor & complete emails from Shared Boxes
- Process Amendment / Renewals
- System Maintenance
- Account Audits
- Profile Updates (US, CAN, Sub's)
- Support UniFirst locations and AE’s to resolve account issues
- Central Keying Coordination / Track New Installs
- Manual Invoices / Vouchering
- Miscellaneous •Ad hoc projects / Run various reports as needed / Lost Account Process / PO updates
- OnBase Invoices / COI’s / Tax Exempt Forms / Enrollment Forms/Bank & Trade References
Qualifications
2 years in a professional environment in a service or operational support role. Bachelors in Business or related field. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the sales and service teams. Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills. Must be a "team player" with the flexibility to multi-task, prioritize, and work with deadlines. Quantitatively oriented with strong orientation towards analytic work, details, precision and problem solving. High competency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Comfortable working independently and on a team. Process driven with the ability and desire to think and work outside the box.
