2301476The Benefits & Wellness Co-Op is a member of the Total Rewards team working under the general direction of the Strategic Benefits Manager – North America. The Benefits & Wellness Co-Op is supporting function for benefits and wellness operations.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Benefits Administration vendor to ensure timely resolution of employee issues
- Processes weekly, monthly and ongoing department processes
- Administers leave of absence and disability programs, including FMLA, STD, LTD, and Worker’s Compensation
- Coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities and programs for team partners
- Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, class attendance, and equipment inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation
- Assists in the administration of Tuition Reimbursement program
- Assists in the preparation, review, and timely distribution of various Wellness Communications including monthly newsletter
- Explores areas for improvement across all programs, introduces ideas for new programs and ways to enhance existing ones
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or further education with interest in Business Administration, Human Recourses and Wellness
- Ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels with respect
- Able to implement programs to comply with federal Drug-Free Workplace requirements
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities and organized
- Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) to all levels in the organization
- Travel as necessary
