The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for:

  • Creation of Customer Service Training Material
  • Processing of Customer Driven Returns & Exchanges
  • Managing multiple Customer Service Reports
  • Data Entry Requirements to support the general responsibilities of a Customer Service Department
  • Facilitating Receptionist & Front Desk Responsibilities


Skill Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a degree in related field
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must have the ability to plan and coordinate work in a sufficient and organized manner
  • Must be able to take initiative and work with little or no direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
