Implementation Training Specialist

The Implementation Training Specialist is an amazing opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert in implementing and delivering training for the deployment of UniFirst’s new billing and customer relationship management system, UBS (UniFirst Business Solutions) across the U.S. and Canada. Once system implementation is complete, you will be eligible to transition into one of the many operational and/or leadership positions that UniFirst has to offer at one of its 260+ nationwide facilities! Travel is required for this position throughout the system implementation.

Responsibilities

Included but not limited to. Other duties may be assigned as required.

  • Assist in the launch and implementation of UBS across our various North America locations (UBS: UniFirst’s new Customer Relationship Management system).
  • Become a subject matter expert on UBS and train department personnel on UBS functionality.
  • Provide on-site UBS support to Team Partners and management.
  • Participate in managerial and leadership development during non-travel weeks.
  • Complete training on various topics including financial reporting, budget preparation, and service policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
  • Support the successful deployment of all U.S. laundry operations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attend meetings with all levels of Management.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Office Administration and/or Customer Service knowledge and expertise strongly preferred.
  • Experience facilitating and presenting to large groups.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving capabilities (solution and execution).
  • Excellent intra-personal and communication skills.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks under minimal supervision and meet task deadlines.
  • Capability to learn complex billing/invoicing applications in a short period of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and other computer programs.

Education

  • BA/BS degree preferred; Business Administration background preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work potential weekends due to travel and deployment schedules.
  • A valid passport to travel in and out of the U.S. is required. Travel to Canada will be required.
