POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Manager you’ll be on the front line of our goal to find and develop “Customers for Life " in your protected territory. Through a strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude, you will be responsible for building, developing, and leading your team of professional Territory Managers.
Responsibilities Includ:
- Prospecting, and promoting UniFirst First Aid + Safety products within a defined sales territory through internal referrals and external lead generation.
- Managing Territory Managers activity to achieve monthly goals.
- Working with Uniform sales teams to promote team selling opportunities
- Instruct CPR/First Aid and AED classes.
- Responsible for achieving Monthly and Yearly revenue contribution goals.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- 2+ years B2B selling or account management
- 1 + year management experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related industry experience
